I would love to rebelliously work with you, held in the soft space of our female bodies.
You find yourself feeling disconnected, neglecting your body and pushing it away, and you want loving, gentle support from a woman who has found their own way back to her body.
Your body is calling (often loudly) to you through symptoms like chronic illness, chronic fatigue, exhaustion and burn-out and you need support to find your unique pathway to health.
You’re experiencing body shame, body image issues, food struggles, disordered eating, or a deep, unfathomable hunger … and you want to know how to feel at home in your body again, so you can feel fully nourished by life.
You sense the wisdom that your body is calling you home to, you can hear the whispers, but sometimes it feels as though there’s a black, hard shell of armor around you and you can’t break through it, to tap into the flow you sense underneath.
And maybe this is you: You’re feeling stuck - you have big dreams and visions and although you’re afraid of not being good enough, of being criticized or judged, you are feeling more than ready - desperate even! - to actualize and live your dreams.

My approach …
In my coaching work I use different modalities and weave together a decade of experience in dance and various somatic movement practices, yoga, (biodynamic) Osteopathy, anatomy, embryology, life coaching and my personal eating disorder recovery process.
We will explore and journey together through conversation, guided meditation and deep imagination journeys, movement, journaling and writing and menstrual cycle awareness.
My work is deeply grounded in the practice of menstrual cycle awareness, this is the container for our work together, we will access its wisdom to tap into the creative nature you are.

What you will harvest from your sessions …
I will guide you through a journey from disconnectedness, numbness, fear and shame in the body to a homecoming to your unique power, creativity and expression.
You will learn about the inherent power of the female body (it will leave you in awe!), how to listen for your body’s wisdom, how to harvest the gifts of your menstrual cycle, and your unique ways to truly nurture yourself.
I hold the space for you to tap into your great hunger, the voice of your dreams and calling. We will explore clear next steps for you to take and I share tools and practices which continuously support you in this process.
You will grow confidence and trust into your unique being as you learn to meet your inner critic in new ways and transform your fears into guiding lights for your path. I guide you to a deep knowing that you have never not been good enough.
Where it takes places
We will meet online on zoom or in person in South East London.
Sessions last between 60 and 75 minutes long.

75 £ for one session, 180 £ for the rebellious bundle of three.
