Episode 42: Let`s talk about ovaries. A wildly poetic exploration of the landscape of the ancient feminine.

In this episode I invite you onto a journey exploring the wildly poetic anatomy of your ovaries, `wombscapes` and the body of the egg. Yes, you knew and sensed ovaries before anything else, ovaries have been your first human experience, your first melting and meeting point with the feminine and its physical expression and they shaped first land you travelled upon …

… your ovaries are a temple of deeply grounded wisdom. And the home of the body of the egg, she who reminds us to own our size, to nurture body and enjoy rebellious rest.

We talk so often about the menstrual cycle, the inner seasons, the blood, the bleed, ovulation, but we don`t really take a deep dive into the world of the ovaries and the body of the egg do we? Do you know where your ovaries are in your body at all? What does ovary mean to you? And when did you last place your hands onto your lower belly, just above your pubic bone and allow your attention to meet your breath and your breath to bring you to the mind of your ovaries and allow their voice to speak to you ... what does she has to tell you? What does she need from you?

This episode comes to you from the center and joy of my womb, it is an amalgamation of the science and theory I learnt about the human body, my lived experience, and the ocean of poetry awaiting to be freed.
